The District Enrollment Office is located at 514 E Washington St.
Important Note on Elementary Enrollment:
KPS tries to place all students in their neighborhood zoned elementary school. However, our schools do fill up fast. Please enroll your student as soon as possible. Students enrolled before June 1st will have prioritization to get into their school.
To be eligible for enrollment, children must be five years on or before September 10 of the school year.

Transfer Policy
To request a transfer between schools in grades K-5, complete a K-5 Out of Neighborhood School Request form by logging into PowerSchool.
To request a high school in-district transfer, review the instructions below and complete the Transfer Request Form.
